Privacy

What we process: account data (email, nickname, birth year, locale); face-derived, non-diagnostic proportions you choose to save; photos only if you enable image storage or request an AI preview; consultation details only when you request one.

Where: face landmark analysis runs in your browser. Saved items are kept in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links. AI previews are processed by OpenAI only after you consent to external AI processing. Style notes are written by Anthropic Claude (or OpenAI if the operator selects it) from numbers only — never your photo.

Retention: original photos 30 days and AI results 90 days by default, or until you delete them. Consent and transaction records required by law are retained separately and anonymised when you delete your account.

Your rights: export your data, withdraw any consent, and delete Passports, images or your whole account from My page. Shared links stop working immediately when revoked.

We never produce attractiveness scores, ethnicity estimates or medical assessments, and we never send your face data to clinics unless you explicitly choose to.
